It’s easy to get caught up in everyday life. We all have responsibilities and obligations. It’s natural to want to help others in your circle. Being a service to others is great as long as we are filling our own cup first. Finding activities that help us relax and rejuvenate is not only crucial for our personal wellness but relationship with others. Setting conditions can strengthen our relationships and allow for all parties to flourish. We can’t be everything to everyone, if you are overwhelmed allow yourself to take a step back until you are okay again.
