As we get closer to the holidays, it’s important that we take care of ourselves. Depending where we live, some of us may notice that it’s getting colder. With only a couple of months left until the new year we may find ourselves being overwhelmed with the amount of events we plan on attending. Listen to body if you need to rest, if you need more down time rearrange your schedule to fit in any extra time you need to center yourself. Don’t beat yourself up about not being as productive, we all have those days.
